A pyramid training from 10 seconds to 50 seconds to 10 seconds again in 10 seconds steps.
So 10-20-30-40-50-40-30-20-10
Intervals:
After holding the breath for 10 seconds a 10 seconds interval and after holding the breath for 20 seconds a 20 seconds interval and so on
