Holding the breath training 12

First I did some warming up
And afterwards I did a pyramid with from 10 to 40 and than 52 seconds and back to 10 again. So 10-20-30-40-52-40-30-20-10 seconds.
And with 10 seconds rest after holding the breath for 10 seconds, 20 seconds rest after 20 seconds and so on
And 1 x 1 minute and 1 x 40 seconds as last.
Important:
Not pushing too much
Good breath in
Good exhale
Not too fast; Slow to medium fast
