Holding the breath training 11

I first walked around a bit and I did some exegerated inhaling and exhaling

Then I did:
1 x 58 seconds of holding the breath

2 x 30 seconds right after each other

A short pause and 2 x 30 seconds right after each other again

3 x 42 seconds with 1 minute intervals

And 1 x 55 seconds as closure

Serioussness and concentration
Staying calm
