First a bit of walking around in the room as a warm up
Then:
1 x 50 seconds
Rest
4 x 20 seconds with 10 seconds interval
Rest
2 x 30 seconds with 20 seconds interval
Rest
1 x 40 seconds
Important:
Staying calm
Not pushing too much, building up in a good and strong way
