First I did some warming up

And afterwards I did a pyramid with from 10 to 40 and than 52 seconds and back to 10 again. So 10-20-30-40-52-40-30-20-10 seconds.
And with 10 seconds rest after holding the breath for 10 seconds, 20 seconds rest after 20 seconds and so on

And 1 x 1 minute and 1 x 40 seconds as last.

Important:
 Not pushing too much
 Good breath in
 Good exhale
  Not too fast; Slow to medium fast

Sleeping with clothes on but no blanket for a couple of times.

I could sleep but less good then normal.

It feld hard and uncomfortable but I did sleep.
I slept less good then normal but it was okay.

It slept pretty good and I got used to it pretty fast.

And it only took a couple of hours to get used to sleeping level again, around a month later.

In 2015 and until the beginning of 2016 I didn't shower for 11 months.

This went very good.

And mainly because I did change and wash my clothes and bed.
And I washed my groin and thigh area with water here and there.
